Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized stickers are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal).
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or PayPal processing time.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact us first at support@lesticker.com.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item was damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
